What we do
A trading business that starts in the field, not the office
Most of what we sell was grown by someone farming a few acres. Reaching them takes intake points sited where they actually live, a price published before the harvest window opens, and a scale they can watch.
What that buys a buyer is supply that holds up. Conditioned, graded, traceable stock — sitting in our warehouse rather than in a promise.

How it works
Farm to buyer, in four steps
No part of this is unusual. Doing all four of them consistently, every season, is the whole business.
Source
We buy from contracted blocks and from a standing network of smallholder farmer groups, at a price posted before the harvest window opens.
Aggregate
Produce is collected at community-level intake points, weighed and assessed for grade in front of the farmer who grew it.
Condition
Every lot is dried to target moisture, cleaned, graded against a written specification, and tagged to its source before it enters store.
Deliver
Stock is held in condition and released against forward agreements or spot orders — collected ex-warehouse, or hauled to the buyer by iFeed Logistics.

Why PapaAgric
Reliability is the product
Anyone can quote a tonne of maize. Very few can put it on a truck, to spec, on the date they said they would
Specification before commitment
Nothing is agreed until the grade, moisture and packaging are written down. It is a slower conversation and a much shorter list of disputes.
Stock we actually hold
We trade out of conditioned inventory in our own warehouse, not out of an intention to go and find some. Forward cover means cover.
One network, every season
The same farmer groups, the same intake points, year after year. Relationships in this trade are the supply chain
Group-backed capability
Mechanisation and farmer training through iMTS, haulage through iFeed Logistics, and a standing offtake from the group's own farms

Let's trade
Tell us the specification and the date
Whether you are a miller who needs cover through the lean season, an exporter after a graded parcel, or a farmer group looking for a buyer that posts its price — start with a conversation.
