When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name (if you give one) and the message you write, together with the reason you selected for your enquiry.

We do not operate user accounts, we do not take payments through this site, and we do not ask for or store any financial information.

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission.

This site stores one item in your browser's local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so that we do not ask you again on every page.

Where analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

The contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish real enquiries from automated ones. Google's own privacy policy and terms apply to that check.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — typically while a trading relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

We share your details within the Safo-Sarpong Group only where your enquiry is better answered by a sister company, and we will tell you if we do.
